PANCRUDO BUILDERS CORPORATION (PBC) is a 100% Filipino Capitalized Corporation established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission since July 2017. Prior to this date, the company under the name of Pancrudo Construction and Supply had been able undertake several projects in Luzon and Visayas.

  Classified as General Engineering and Building that engaged in General Construction (Design & Build) with principal address at Road 3, Don Julio Subdivision, Brgy. Aganan, Pavia, Iloilo. Organized and manage by Engineers, Architects, Designers, Builders, and other Professionals in the field of Construction.

  Primary purpose: To engage in Design and Construction Services for Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Interior design/ fit -out works.

  Secondary purpose:  To engage in buying, selling, supply and delivery of all kinds of construction and building materials, equipment and spare parts, electrical and electronic parts and gadgets and quarry materials.

  PBC provides construction documents such as Working drawings, Plans & Specifications, Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Estimates, Schedule of Works, Progress Billings,  Gantt Chart and Pert CPM. The company also 1) Provides Legal documents such as construction contracts and agreements and, 2) Provides and process of Building and Occupancy Permits, and other necessary requirements for construction.
